Our Strategic Priorities:

Our organisational Strategy 2022-2026 is intended to ensure that we are able to meet the challenges of a changing world also while fulfilling our mission, vision, and statutory functions. It has mainly four priorities:

1.       Future-focused: Adopt a proactive approach to anticipating and responding to changes in the economy and financial system.

2.       Open and Engaged: Increase trust and understanding of the Central Bank's role through greater engagement with the public, stakeholders, and peers.

3.       Transforming:  Transform our Bank to be a more active, flexible, diverse and intelligence-led organisation.

4.       Safeguarding: Continue to evolve our key policy frameworks and approaches, strengthening our ability to maintain price stability and financial system resilience while protecting consumers' best interests.

Our D&I priority is mainly on Transforming part but it has many cross-cutting benefits which span across all four strategic goals and acts as an enabler to the overall strategy.
